Terms of use
By making a Pit Crew account or using Pit Crew, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
YouTube and Instagram
- Pit Crew uses YouTube API Services. By using Pit Crew's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to what YouTube does with your data.
- By using Pit Crew's Instagram features you agree to Instagram's Terms of Use.
- Pit Crew isn't made by, endorsed by or affiliated with YouTube, Google, Instagram or Meta.
Your content
- Your videos, and the clips, thumbnails and text Pit Crew makes from them, are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Pit Crew for you (for example, to make clips, show them to you, and post them where and when you choose).
- Only upload videos you have the rights to, including any music, footage or people in them, and only post what follows YouTube's and Instagram's rules.
- You choose what gets posted. Pit Crew suggests titles, hooks, captions and thumbnails with the help of AI; check them before you post, because AI can get things wrong.
Using Pit Crew fairly
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with your account.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around Pit Crew's limits or security, or to reach other people's data.
- Don't use Pit Crew for anything illegal, hateful or harmful, or to post content that isn't yours.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
A beta, offered as it is
Pit Crew is a free beta. We work hard to make it reliable, but it's offered as it is, without guarantees: features can change, things can break, and files are deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy, so keep your own copies of anything important. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for lost content, missed posts, or what happens on YouTube or Instagram as a result of using Pit Crew.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in Pit Crew or by email if the change matters to you. Using Pit Crew after a change means you accept the new terms.
