One video in.
A week of Shorts and Reels out.
Pit Crew watches your long video, finds the moments that stand on their own, and turns each into a vertical clip with word-by-word captions, a hook and a thumbnail. You pick the ones you like, and Pit Crew posts them to YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels at the times you choose.

How it works
From upload to posted, in five steps
Upload your video
From your computer or phone, or a Google Drive link. Big files are sent in small pieces, so a dropped connection carries on where it stopped. Pit Crew writes down every word on its own server.
Get your clips
The AI reads the whole transcript and picks moments that make sense on their own, grab attention in the first seconds and have a payoff. Each becomes a 9:16 clip framed on your face, with captions and a hook that only says what's really in it.
Review and edit
Keep, change or drop each clip. Pick another hook, ask for a different moment, mark the start and end yourself, switch the thumbnail look, and write the Instagram caption. Every change is saved.
Post or schedule
Post now, or plan the week: Pit Crew spaces the clips out and puts them on your YouTube channel and your Instagram professional account at the times you pick. Nothing goes out unless you chose it.

Captions that keep people watching
Every word lights up as it's said, so people follow along with the sound off. Pick the style that fits you; you can change it for each video.
Analytics
The same clip, both apps, side by side
See which moments travel on YouTube and which on Instagram, compared fairly by each clip's first week. Pit Crew's read quotes only your real numbers, never made-up ones.

Questions
Good to know
Is it free?
Yes, during the beta. Each account can make a set number of minutes of video a month, shown in Settings.
What do I need?
A video with talking in it (Pit Crew picks moments from what's said), a YouTube channel, and for Reels an Instagram Business or Creator account. English videos for now.
Does Pit Crew post by itself?
Only what you chose, at the time you chose. YouTube gives Pit Crew a set number of uploads a day, shared by everyone; if they run out, your Shorts wait and go up after midnight Pacific time, at the times you picked.
How long are my files kept?
Your video's file: 72 hours after your last edit. Clips you didn't post: 30 days. A posted clip's video file: 30 days. Your account and its records stay until you delete them.
